The internet is a crowded place. We need your help in promoting Dark Dose. We know there are potentially thousands of readers out in internet-land who are avid fans of dark music but have no idea we exist. We think they would enjoy a place that shares a dark song on a regular basis completely free.

What can you do? The most obvious thing is to tell your friends. Email or instant message them now and tell them about Dark Dose. Then tell them to spread the word as well. The second most helpful thing is to place a link or a banner on your web site. Just link it to www.darkdose.com. Don't have a web site? That's cool -- just put a link or a banner in your signature on a message forum you visit, or in your Email.

We want Dark Dose to become an active community of dark music fans. We want hordes of comments left after each contribution. We want people sharing what a contribution meant to them, who it reminded them of, sharing links of anything relevant. We love the few who are currently participating, but Dark Dose willl be a pretty boring and desolate place without more people. Active people. People inspired in one way or another by the music put forth.

We have some things in store in the future too. Expect some pretty damn "well known" musicians to be added as contributors. But without your help, we can't achieve the goals we had in mind when starting one of the first (the first?) mp3 blog dedicated exclusively to dark music of all genres.
